Right or Left Handed Predictions
Directions: As a group we will find out how many right and left handers we have in class. We will first make a prediction of how many we actually think there are and then we will actually count. As a group we will set up a spread sheet and then graph the information.

Then we will go back and graph this as a group and look at the actual results.
What do you notice right away about your guesses and what is the actual result?

Assignment:

Now you need to create your own prediction about something you might like to explore in class. You will need to write out your question in the header of Excel and setup your spreadsheet with your guesses and actual information. You may only use the people in your class to create an estimate and actual result. Then you are to graph your results. You are to answer the question: What do you notice about your results from your guesses? Write the answer on your Excel spreadsheet and print it out and turn it in.
